DadalSoum
DadalSoum in Khentii Province, a place where great Mongolian Genghis Khan was born, eminent 750-850 m above sea level.
This beautiful Khentii mountains range occupies 473 ha area in the territory of the State Special Protected Area (National Park), Onon and Balj rivers basin, steppe and hills are harmonized here with each one. The population, mostly of Khalkh and Buriadethnic groups, is 2660 residents and 766 households.
There are many historical places and tourist attractions in DadalSoum, such as DeluunBoldog, KhajuuBulag, Sant Khan mountain, famous Three Lakes, which were depicted in the Secret History of the Mongols, as well as the famous worshipping places like Bayan Khan and SemjidKhad and many other sights.
