Near Ulan Bator, lies the area of Terelj, with its forests of larches, its rocky formations sculpted by the elements, its tumultuous rivers and its green pastures where nomads and herds live in harmony in this exuberant nature. Spend three days with a family of the region to have a good overview of the nomadic way of life and discover, hiking or horse riding, the natural beauties of the park.

• Stop at turtle rock, from where we walk until Ariyaval Monastery. Hike

Since the trip will be in the mountainous, a high altitude region of Mongolia, and the weather can be very unpredictable and you might even experience snow, we suggest you bring the following:
